First part 6-8am is Gym/Get Ready. 9am-1pm is the time I run appointments. 2-3pm is rest and reset. 3-5pm is kids and homework. 6-8pm is sports. 8-9pm is dinner, showers, and bedtime story. 9-11 is game plan tomorrow and rest.
